Kudahabwa imiti byatumye bamwe batakariza icyizere akamaro ka mituweli de santé

Hari abaturage bo mu karere ka Rulindo bavuga ko kwivuriza kuri mituweli de santé ntacyo bibafasha kuko n’ubundi babima imiti bakababwira kujya kuyigura hanze nkabivuza nta bwishingizi bagira. Ubuyobozi bw’akarere buvuga ko bagiye kubikurikirana kuko amavuriro yaba akora ibyo yaba yica amabwiriza y’igihugu.

Abaturage batandukanye biganjemo abatuye mu murenge wa Mbogo mu karere ka Rulindo babwiye Isango Star ko kuba bafite ubwishingizi bwa mituweri de santé bisa naho ntacyo. Bavuga ko iyo bagiye kwivuza badahabwa imiti, bakabwirwa kujya kuyigurira hanze nk’abatagira ubwishingizi.

Umwe yagize ati: “dutanga amafaranga ya mituweli ariko noneho ntabwo tuvurwa! Barakwakira ariko nta miti baguha. Ahubwo iyo ushaka kuvurwa uragenda ukajya kuyigura. Ukareba rero ugasanga mituweli ntacyo itumariye.”

Undi ati: “kuri mituweli ni 100% n’ubundi! Iyo utanze amafaranga ubundi bikaba aho, kwivuza kuri mituweli nta mafaranga yawe ujyanye, kwivuza ntacyo bimaze!”

Bavuga ko ibyo bikomeje kugira ingaruka ku buzima bwabo, cyane ku bajya kwivuza. Bashimangira ko bituma hari n’abatinya kwivuza bakarembera murugo, abandi bakajya muri magendu bityo uburwayi ntibukire.

Umwe ati: “akenshi na kenshi iyo ufite nk’indwara isa n’ikomeye cyangwa ikuremereye ukuntu, imiti myiza ikaze uyigura muri farumasi. Wenda wasubirayo [kwa muganga] ugasanga n’imiti baguhaye ntikuvura neza.”

Undi ati: “ nibaguca n’ibyo bitatu btio komora wenda bakubwire bati ni umuti umwe, undi wo urawishyura! Urawishyura ute byitwa ngo uri kuri mituweli?”

Bahereye ku birimo ibyo, basaba ko no mu gace kah’iwabo naho ubwishingizi bwa mituweli de santé  baguze bwagenderwaho bukabagirira akamaro.

Mutaganda Theophile; Umuyobozi w’akarere ka Rulindo, yemeza ko amavuriro akora ibyo yica nkana amabwiriza y’igihugu. anavuga ko bitakwihanganirwa, bityo bagiye kureba aho bidakurikizwa.

Ati: “amafaranga atanga ni 200 yo kuvurwa. Hanyuma ayo mabwiriza, ni hose mu karere….nta nubwo uwaba abikora yaba akurikiza amabwiriza kandi mu gihugu twese turayakurikiza. Bivuze ko ababa babikora ni ukwica amabwiriza ariko nta n’ahantu twakwemera ko ibintu bikorwa binyuranyije n’amabwiriza tuzi….”

Hari abaturage bavuga ko kuba ubwishingizi bwa mituweli de santé busa n’ubudahabwa agaciro,  byongera umubare w’abajya kwivuza magendu kubera gutinya amafaranga meshi bibatwara, abahitamo kurembera mu rugo mu rugo, abafata imiti itarabakiza ndetse n’ibindi bitandukanye byagira ingaruka ku buzima bwa muntu.

Ibi byiyongeraho n’abavuga ko batangiye gutakariza icyizere ubu bwisungane mu kwivuza, bafataga nk’ubwakabaye bubagoboka.

Hari abaturage bo mu karere ka Rulindo bavuga ko kwivuriza kuri mituweli de santé ntacyo bibafasha kuko n’ubundi babima imiti bakababwira kujya kuyigura hanze nkabivuza nta bwishingizi bagira.
