
Teaching about Panaafricanism is the solution to raising African flag on the international level.

The students ,the biggest number of them being youth have started learning about Panafricanism through a program which was initiated by Pan-African Movement Rwanda) appreciate the system and have pointed out that the method will help them strive for development of Africa and will further raise awareness of Africans, step by step.

After the courses related to governance, politics, family relations ,conflicts resolutions and development were selected basing on the challenges Africa is facing, and what should be done to address them, the courses were analyzed and taught mostly to the youth from all over the world, some of them are university students.
One said’’ it is good to help Africans in general, everyone should feel African, be proud of the continent, the language and culture’’.
Another one said’’ we are very happy because there is a lot that we are going to benefit from ,particularly understanding that we as Africans should be self-sufficient ,that Africa should be united, and we ask the government to emphasize on the awareness of this program to the citizens ‘’.
Musoni Protais, the head of Pan-African Movement- Rwanda branch, said that this program is the response to raising of African flag around the world.
He said’’ The first and most important thing is to understand African on the world level ,we are empowered and the main purpose is to share the strength and alleviate poverty and find solution to endless wars’’.
Professor NKUNDABATWARE Innocent, the vice chancellor of Kigali Independent University( ULK) where the courses and this program were introduced ,said that they are valuable and this was needed from the beginning .
He said’’who is a good leader? Do we have those leaders in Africa? Setting this program is because they needed to solve certain issues and share the knowledge all over Africa, it is necessary’’.
Initially the courses were taught to 50 people including 19 foreigners, the courses are taught 6 hours a week, twice , Friday and Saturday.
Prof. Nkundabatware Innocent, the director general of Kigali Private University ULK, when these courses and programs were introduced, he said that they are valuable and that this was needed from the beginning.
He said, "Who is the best leader? We have those leaders in Africa. Setting up this program is something they should solve by teaching and sharing knowledge with all of Africa. It is necessary."
