The entrepreneurs are urged to do not marginalize those with disabilities

The business associations are encouraged to incorporate and provide employment opportunities to persons with disabilities in a way that demonstrates that they are also capable individuals like others and can contribute effectively. Some of those with disabilities have initiatives that assist others with disabilities and suggest that it is necessary to include support for such initiatives to ensure their sustainability.

Entrepreneurs who employ persons with disabilities say that society should change their mindset by supporting those with disabilities in various initiatives and jobs because they are also capable.
Mr. Regine MUSASANGO, a representative of people with disabilities, said, "We have made significant progress for persons with disabilities, but we are hindered by voice, telephone, and button censorship in all instructions. Another challenge these days is time, it is becoming limited, and so our progress needs to be accelerated so that our time coincides with the time of those who support persons with disabilities. So we decided to do it, to do other things different from what they do."
Mrs. Anacleti MUJAWAMARIYA said, "Persons with disabilities should be involved so that are also recognized in society and given value."
These were highlighted during the event of raising awareness about different support initiatives for persons with disabilities, which lasted a week.
Mr. Nathan NTAGANZWA, the leader of 1000Hills events, decided to include in the event activities to help people with disabilities, he said that how people who want to encourage persons with disabilities should not just praise them. He requested that they should be supported.
